Success is a beautiful word .It has in its wide meaning the feeling of optimism and continuous looking forward to the higher peak. Under the refreshment meaning of success are two kinds of people; successful and unsuccessful and their approach to achieve success. There are studied steps successful people use to improve their life in different fields, contrary to unsuccessful people and their unconstructive steps through life.
There are some similarities between successful people and unsuccessful people. First of all, we all fail. "Everybody has failed somewhere at something at some time. Second, we all fail often. Nobody has only failed one time. Failure is something we experience almost on a daily basis. There is no one in earth who does what is right all the time and never makes a mistake"(1). For example, Thomas Edison tried two thousand different materials in search of a filament for the light bulb. He made a lot of mistakes, but he didn’t give up trying and eventually he overcame the mistakes with strong will and determination.
However, this event is evidence that all people are similar and they can do the impossible if they have clear goals. People learn from their mistakes and no person is perfect.
Successful people and unsuccessful people might have similar desires to develop their life for the best and this is the wish of most people, just they have different ways to plan and manage their time.
Despite their similarities, there are differences between them. However, successful people have unique features which characterize them from unsuccessful people. "If you observe successful people, you will notice how well their minds are focused on success. They are fearless in their drive, and will take immediate, massive repeated action to achieve their goals. They will never give up until they can live their dream"(2). Also they try to look at the positive side and find a solution to any problem optimistically. The most important thing that distinguishes successful people is how they manage their time. They write a plan specifying time for everything they would like to do. And they have some features that push them to be successful in their life such as, desire, ambition, morals and patience.
On the other hand, unsuccessful people lack this ability which successful people have, but they still have the same desires as everyone else but the problem is they must connect this desire with clear goals and insistence to achieve these goals. Despite the same desire with successful people, they cannot successfully complete it with determination. The result is they never make their dreams come true. Also they are negative thinkers, and they don’t even know it. And this negative thinking causes them to make decisions that ultimately work against them. Unlike successful people, they put themselves down and lack confidence in their own ability; they lack patience, ambition, morals and strong desire that are the necessary things to be successful. In the end, the only difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is the way they think.
In conclusion, successful people and unsuccessful people all is human being, thus they have similar abilities and desire to develop their life for the best and this actually is the wish of each one. But what makes each one different is the way that applies them to do anything. In addition to that, the determination to overcome any challenge is important to achieve goals. I am happy to finish write this essay after long research for information which help me. And I choose this topic exactly because I looking forward to know how I can be like successful people? And actually I have learned if person has a clear, measurable and specific goal, he/she purpose easily and nothing can stop him/her.
